BB GUN Beef Roast

with veg

What you will need:

Ingredients:

  • Beef Roast- roughly 1.2kg

  • Veggies of your choice

  • Chilli Sweet Gourmet BB Gun Seasoning

  • Oil of Choice

Equipment:

  • Roasting Dish

  • Knife

  • Paper Towel

  • Chopping Board

Method:

  1. Remove roast from fridge and place on bench (out of packet) for 30mins

  2. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius

  3. Pat down roast with paper towel- draw out as much moisture as possible

  4. Place roast in the middle of the roasting dish

  5. Sprinkle of 2 tablespoons of the BB Gun seasoning- lightly pat onto side of roast

  6. Let sit for roughly 15 mins- the seasoning will soak into the roast slightly (will look wet)

  7. Place in the middle of the pre-heated oven for 30mins

  8. Prepare desired vegetables, try to ensure vegetable are cut to the same size; to ensure they cook evenly

  9. At the 30min mark, take roast out, sprinkle the roast with 1 more teaspoon of BB Gun and add veggies to the dish

  10. Place back in oven for a further 60mins* (times will vary depending on the size of the roast (and how you liked it cooked) and the vegetables used.

  11. Take out roast from the oven, cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest for 10mins. Keep veggies in the oven until roast is ready to ensure they stay warm.

  12. Slice roast to desired thickness; sprinkle with BB Gun for extra flavour and serve!
