Hangman's Noose Pasta

with bacon

Prep Time: 5mins

Cook Time: 30mins

Serves 4

What you will need:


  • 350g Pasta

  • 1 packet of Hangman's Noose

  • 500mls of Water

  • 300g of Bacon + extra for serving

  • Parsley for garnish


  • 1 Small Saucepan

  • 1 Frypan

  • 1 Medium Saucepan


  1. In a medium sauce pan add in 350g pasta to salted water

  2. Bring to a boil- cook until pasta is softened- to your liking (beware it will get cooked again) roughly 10mins once boiling

  3. Dice 300g bacon

  4. On a high heat cook all the bacon in a frypan until nice and crispy

  5. Add Hangman's Noose packet in a small saucepan with 500mls water

  6. On a high heat, bring mixture just to a boil then turn down to a simmer

  7. Once the mixture starts to thicken and changes colour slightly, remove from heat

  8. Once pasta is ready, drain and rinse under hot water

  9. Add pasta back into the saucepan, then add diced bacon and the hangman's mixture

  10. Stir to combine and then serve- adding on the extra bacon and parsley
