with chicken breast

Serves 4

Cooking Time: 20 mins

What you will need:


  • 500g dry pasta

  • 1 packet Kevin meal base

  • 500ml water

  • 500g chicken breast

  • 1 jalapeno- optional

  • Olive Oil


  • Saucepan- small and medium

  • Frypan or BBQ

  • Tongs and Spoon

  • Knife and Chopping Board


  1. Cook Pasta according to packet

  2. Slice chicken into bite slice pieces- set aside

  3. In the small saucepan add in 500mls of water and 1 packet of Kevin- whisk to combine

  4. Bring to a boil- whisking occasionally

  5. Turn down to a medium heat and cook mixture until it turns a vibrant red and starts to thicken- set aside

  6. Once pasta is ready drain off water and add pasta back into pot.

  7. Add oil to the frypan and place on a high heat- once oil is hot enough add chicken

  8. Cook until golden brown and cooked through

  9. Add chicken and the Kevin mixture to the pasta.

  10. On a medium heat- heat through contents.

  11. Slice up jalapeno

  12. Serve
