With Mash and Beans

What you will need:
Ingredients:
Lamb Chops- your choice of cut
BB Gun Seasoning
4 Large Potatoes
500g Fresh Beans
Butter
Milk
Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Equipment:
Saucepans
Tongs
Potato Masher
Frypan or BBQ
Tray
Method:
Chop potatoes in quarters and place in saucepan
Add water, enough to cover potatoes- cover with lid
On a high heat bring up to a boil, then remove lid
Cook until softened
Meanwhile prepare beans by topping and tailing them
Place in a saucepan with water- set aside
Meanwhile season lamb chops with salt and pepper and heat up BBQ or frypan (BBQ works best)
Cook on a high heat until cooked to your liking- roughly 5 mins each side depending on your chop choice
Place beans on a high heat and bring to the boil
Once boiling turn down to a medium heat and simmer for 5 mins
Place on a tray sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of BB Gun on the chops
Once potatoes are softened- drain water out
Add in 2 tablespoons of butter and a splash of milk along with 1 tablespoon of garlic and salt and pepper
Mash until no lumps appear
Plate, serve and enjoy :)
