BB Gun Lamb Chops

With Mash and Beans

Prep Time: 15mins

Cook Time: 30mins

Serves 4

What you will need:


  • Lamb Chops- your choice of cut

  • BB Gun Seasoning

  • 4 Large Potatoes

  • 500g Fresh Beans

  • Butter

  • Milk

  • Garlic

  • Salt and Pepper


  • Saucepans

  • Tongs

  • Potato Masher

  • Frypan or BBQ

  • Tray


  1. Chop potatoes in quarters and place in saucepan

  2. Add water, enough to cover potatoes- cover with lid

  3. On a high heat bring up to a boil, then remove lid

  4. Cook until softened

  5. Meanwhile prepare beans by topping and tailing them

  6. Place in a saucepan with water- set aside

  7. Meanwhile season lamb chops with salt and pepper and heat up BBQ or frypan (BBQ works best)

  8. Cook on a high heat until cooked to your liking- roughly 5 mins each side depending on your chop choice

  9. Place beans on a high heat and bring to the boil

  10. Once boiling turn down to a medium heat and simmer for 5 mins

  11. Place on a tray sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of BB Gun on the chops

  12. Once potatoes are softened- drain water out

  13. Add in 2 tablespoons of butter and a splash of milk along with 1 tablespoon of garlic and salt and pepper

  14. Mash until no lumps appear

  15. Plate, serve and enjoy :)
