Chilli Cheeseburgular Chicken Wraps

With Chilli Cheeseburgular Mayo

Serves 4

What you will need:


  • 1 Pack of Wraps

  • 500g Chicken Breast

  • Chilli Cheeseburgular Seasoning

  • 2 Tomatoes

  • Ice Berg Lettuce

  • Mayonnaise (we used Kewpie)

  • Flour

  • Oil


  • Saucepan

  • Chopping board and Knife

  • Paper Towel

  • Tablespoon

  • Bowls


  1. Slice chicken breast into tender strips, place in large bowl

  2. Pour 250mls of butter milk over chicken, along with 2 tablespoons of the chilli cheeseburgular seasoning. Mix together

  3. Set aside for 3 hours to marinate

  4. Add 1 cup of flour to a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of chilli cheeseburgular - stir to combine

  5. Take a piece of chicken at a time and coat in the flour mixture

  6. repeat until all chicken strips are coated- set aside for 15 mins

  7. Add oil to a saucepan- roughly 1/3 full

  8. Place on a medium heat- whilst the oil is heating up, slice tomato and prepare lettuce- set aside

  9. In a small bowl add in 1/4 cup of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of chilli cheeseburgular seasoning - stir to combine. Set aside

  10. Once oil is heated, add chicken to oil (in batches) Once nicely golden brown, drain on some paper towel

  11. Once all the chicken is cooked its time to assemble the wraps

  12. Layer them up how you like- we put some mayo on the wrap them lettuce and tomato, then added the chicken on top with a but more mayo and an extra sprinkle of the chilli cheeseburglar seasoning.
