Carefully separate sheets from each other (this is finicky)
Once separated place under tea towel
In a frypan brown off mince with juice from the gherkin bottle, add in tomato sauce and mustard along with some granulated garlic and onion
Once mixture is cooked- set aside in a bowl to allow to cool
Meanwhile, slice mini gherkins in half- long ways
In a small bowl whisk egg- set aside
Grab a spring roll sheet and place on bench in the shape of a diamond
Baste the edges with the eggs mixture
In the towards the bottom triangle just below the center of the sheet
Place 2 tablespoons of the mince mixture across the sheet (in the form of a rectangle)
Add 2 halves of the gherkins on top
A squeeze of tomato and mustard
Top with a sprinkle of cheese
Now its time to roll up the sheet; Starting at the left corner- fold into the middle of the mixture, now same with the right
Fold the bottom corner up over the mixture (this will start to form the spring roll (should resemble somewhat of a rectangle with an open flap
Roll the spring roll upwards
Repeat steps 10-28 until all the mixture is used or until all the sheets are gone
On a medium heat oil in a saucepan- should be roughly 1/3 full of oil
Place 4-6 spring rolls in the saucepan (depending on the size of your saucepan) ensure there is enough room for them to cook evenly.
Cook until golden brown- roughly 12- 15mins
Drain on paper towel and repeat until all spring rolls are cooked
Sprinkle chilli cheeseburgular seasoning all over spring rolls; as much as you like!
** please note- less is more in this situation- you don't want to over fill you spring roll or they could burst
