Ingredients:
Bag of Frozen Chips- your choice
Rice Bran Oil
Chilli Cheeseburgular Seasoning
Equipment:
Bowls
Saucepan
Tongs
Paper Towel
Method:
Poor oil into saucepan- at least 1/3 full
Turn on a medium heat- wait for oil to heat up to roughly 180 degrees
Test oil- Gently put part of a chip into the oil- if it instantly starts to bubble; the oil is read
Cook chips in batches to ensure they all cook through evenly
Once nicely golden brown roughly 12-15 mins
Remove chips from sauce pan into a bowl layered with some paper towel
Sprinkle with chilli cheeseburgular seasoning as much or as little as you want; toss to coat
Transfer to serving bowl
Repeat steps 4-8
