Chilli Cheeseburgular Wedges

Prep Time: 10mins

Cook Time: 15 mins

What you will need:


  • Bag of Frozen Chips- your choice

  • Rice Bran Oil

  • Chilli Cheeseburgular Seasoning


  • Bowls

  • Saucepan

  • Tongs

  • Paper Towel


  1. Poor oil into saucepan- at least 1/3 full

  2. Turn on a medium heat- wait for oil to heat up to roughly 180 degrees

  3. Test oil- Gently put part of a chip into the oil- if it instantly starts to bubble; the oil is read

  4. Cook chips in batches to ensure they all cook through evenly

  5. Once nicely golden brown roughly 12-15 mins

  6. Remove chips from sauce pan into a bowl layered with some paper towel

  7. Sprinkle with chilli cheeseburgular seasoning as much or as little as you want; toss to coat

  8. Transfer to serving bowl

  9. Repeat steps 4-8
